3. Client Responsibilities

Delays caused by missing resources, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client’s side may impact project schedules, and Pulse SEO Mumbai will not be responsible for such delays.
4. Scope of Services and Revisions

Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require separate discussion and additional charges. Revision limits and modification requests will be managed according to the terms defined during project planning.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Either party may request termination of services by providing written notice as per the agreed service terms. Since SEO and digital marketing involve ongoing research, planning, and execution efforts, payments for completed work or ongoing service periods are generally non-refundable. Any cancellation-related terms will be handled according to the specific agreement.
6. Ownership of Work
After complete payment has been received, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred as agreed. Pulse SEO Mumbai may use general project outcomes, performance improvements, and non-confidential details for portfolio presentation, unless otherwise restricted through a written confidentiality agreement.
7. Results Disclaimer
SEO performance depends on several external factors, including search engine algorithm updates, competition, website changes, and industry trends. While we follow recommended SEO practices and work toward improving online visibility, Pulse SEO Mumbai does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or immediate results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pulse SEO Mumbai will not be responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, revenue loss, or damages resulting from the use of our services or external factors beyond our control. Our liability, where applicable, will be limited to the fees paid for the specific service associated with the claim.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
